What the Free Assessment Covers

Every assessment is handled by an expert who has evaluated thousands of wedding gowns. We look at:

• Fabric type — silk, satin, lace, organza, tulle, and blended fabrics each respond differently to cleaning. We identify potential concerns based on what you tell us.
• Stain types — makeup, wine, grass, food, perspiration, and invisible sugar stains (from champagne or juice) all require different treatment approaches.
• Age of the gown — vintage and heirloom gowns require gentler handling. We can advise on what is safe and what to expect.
• Embellishments — beading, sequins, embroidery, and delicate appliqués can affect the cleaning approach. We flag anything that needs special attention.
• Timing — the longer a stain sits, the harder it becomes to remove. We will tell you how urgent your situation is and what to expect.
